We discovered that biker’s jacket has a special pocket! Called ‘Gun pocket’, so we starting to realize that we are in America:)
Biker is happy and satisfied so we are moving, let’s visit the fabulous place, let’s visit LA’s cultural icon – Hollywood.
We parked our car here, 15 $ for all day) It was a good choise – it’s safe(security cameras, it’s in the center of Hollywood bl., so you come out – and here you are in the center of all entertainments!) Google maps
When you are on Hollywood bl, prepare that you will meet all superheros 🙂
but remember, that sometimes all Superheros also need a rest:) And its time to have a Starbucks coffee)
Of cause you are in a movie world!! So you will be able to film? in a scene:) We were there twice during two weeks and each time there were ongoing movie action.
So, yeahhhh, you got that feeling that you are in a movie world! Good movie are born here, in Hollywood 🙂 And of course you never know who you’ll run into, it’s full of stars:)!
The part of Hollywood bl is famous with it’s Walk of fame ,where are more than 2,500 brass stars!
The beginning of walk of frame, statue “the four Ladies of Hollywood” 🙂 On top there is a miniature Merlin with her iconic dress bellowing
Probably everybody will find his favorite star:) I found mine! Not to waste your time in looking for concrete one – just before you are going there – google it:) There are plenty of special website, you just put a name – and get an answer where to look for it (between which streets:))
If you wanna a personal star:) there are an option:) they will write your name on a star:) to take a shot:)
if you wanna more , not only stars-here are hand or footprints also:) in front of TLC Chinese theater
There are a lot to do on this street. Here is a famous Madame Tussauds museum! Enjoy it
Or just enjoy shopping in a exciting giftshops!
And don’t forget to buy an Oscar for yourself or for a friend:)
Or just do crazy things in a local shops 🙂 in this crazy-energetic Hollywood:)
If you wanna to rest a bit, just sit and get a coffee cocktail you can do it here also:) We found a cozy place “Cabo Wabo Cantina” with a wonderful view:)
Next to this bar we saw Hollywood sign for the first time! And totally realized that we are in a Hollywood!! Here you can use a telescope to see all in details:)
and do more shopping 🙂 because here you can get, whatever you want)

When you are on vocation everyday is Saturday! Or Caturday?:) !!
There a lot of different opportunities for a small tours you can take on Hollywood bl. We took one for 90 min(25 $ per person), it was really god one. Because we get to know more about Hollywood and they took us to Beverly Hills also 🙂 we saw famous people’s houses:) Here is a Bruce Willis’s one on the last photo )
But its always better to go to Beverly Hills and walk for a bit to fill this atmospheric place, so we went back to our car, took one shot with Oscar and went to Beverly)
We are in Beverly Hills, a city in California’s Los Angeles County. Classic shot! Done it!!Let’s move further.
The most famous place probably are: sign of Beverly Hills park, the BH hotel – legendary Eagles song about – “Welcome to the hotel California” and of cause Rodeo drive)
We parked our car near the Beverly Hills part sign:)
Then we visited hotel California:) – Beverly Hills hotel)
When you are in Beverly Hills you can feel luxury even in air 🙂 specifically when you are on Rodeo drive:) two mile long street with luxury good stores!
Beverly Hills is home to many Hollywood stars, so you can just walk around and may be meet someone on of them 🙂 Streets and amazing towering palms are really great! We enjoyed!
We are a bit hungry, so we decided to refuel a bit, our choice was a shopping center Westfield on our way to the hotel. Here you can try traditional USA, Japanese, Indian, Chinese…..food. So if you traveling in a group – it’s a god idea to go here, everybody will find something for them self. And of cause you can do shopping here:)
Our fortune says that we need to do, what makes us happy, so we are continuing to explore new places and our next stop is Santa Monica!
We parked our car on a public parking and it’s really nice that is free for your first 90 min:)

So, we had enough time to visit Santa Monica’s Pier!!!
This pier is the place to be! It has everything – restaurants, cafes, shops, singers, artists, merry-go-round and fantastic giant solar-powered Ferris wheel !
You can even find some geocaches here 🙂
Pier is also popular for one more thing 🙂 It is the end of Route 66 trail!!! The longest roast in North America which starts in Chicago and lasts through the entire country directly to Santa Monica Pier!

This day was full of new emotions We need to rest a bit, so we heading to the hotel.
