Early morning!
Yes, this is that moment, when I’m getting up early in the morning to enjoy sunrise on my vocation 🙂
Less then one knot of wind barely disrupting a mirror-glass sea surface, deafness silence, breathtaking water color… A complete harmony in my soul and body!!! This is exactly the moment you begin to analyze necessity of your office daily rat-wheel routine. It seems to be so miserable and inconsiderable here. You can sit and stare at it for hours!!
30 min after the first shot color of water is getting totally different. It’s looks like real magic! Morning time, coffee time and time to refresh your body!!!
Wild beach all around us and only one house is on the hill:) and here are coming our neighbors:) breaking the silence:)
Yet another muscle stretching activity you can do during your yacht vocation is diving or snorkeling, depends an the equipment availability 🙂
It’s healthy and makes you feel like treasure hunter 😉
Plus it’s very useful if you have a small baby on board.
New natural toys!!! What can be better:) The smallest crew member is very happy!!!
Me, keeping my mind empty! No, no, not like this:) Me, thinking that it was amazing idea to try another kind of vocation!
Yes, I’m a bit aqua-phobic, I have no good swimming skills, but I’m trying to improve them and embrace my fear with eyes wide open! I’m enjoying every single moment!
Andrew is feeling here like he was born in the sea! So, it’s always a good idea to try something new! I am really happy we are doing this journey! and even more happy that I have my friends with us (they are supporting us in all crazy ideas).
Can you recall the fact that our friend’s luggage was lost!? Today and only today they managed to deliver their luggage to Athens! Our skipper agreed Athens airport luggage service to deliver bags to our closest location. We are so excited, that it can be delivered on Paros island (here is a tiny airport on this island! :)) so we are not breaking our next plans 🙂 While our friends are at the airport I’m enjoying “land life” 🙂
Lucky our friends to decide to arrive to local airport right on time of local plain arrival. As local airport workers without any clue what to do with luggage marked to be delivered to Athens airport decided to load bags back to return plain!! ha ha!! :))) And only a fact our friends were in that local airport on time kept their bags to travel back to Athens. At the end of the day we were celebrating clean shirts and panties to return to owners! :))
Every stop we make we try to refuel our food/water stock.
We are going to local market! I’m enjoying views and even trash cans on our way:) Look how cute they are colored.
Even small shops are full of wonderfully delicious fresh local fruits….
Let’s take some local wine…. and we are ready!
The biggest problem is how to get all purchases to the beach? if you are on foot?
We were lucky, shop assistant gave us a ride with her private car back to the beach:)
Waiting friends to come…
Andrew enjoying steering, me enjoying fresh fruits and lovely views 🙂
We are heading to a small island near Paros – called Antiparos!
Hat! Probably it one things you really need on the yacht in Meditarian. What’s more? Sun protection cream, sunglasses and swimsuit 🙂 That’s it 🙂 However, last one is optional 😉
Anchored our yacht in beautiful lagoon and going by dingy to the beach. Tonight we are going to the local fish “Captain Pipinos Seafood Taverna”!
There are 3 restaurants on the beach with a sea view!
Terrific sunset is coming!
Local goods on a table! Let’s celebrate life!
Of cause it’s always a good idea to eat sea food in such places! and you can’t skip Greek salad when you are in Greece:)
Ohh, this stunning view! Sun dried fish and octopus are ready to be served!
This sunset here is really so magical!
Probably it’s my favorite and best sunset’s photo I’ve ever done!
Isn’t it tremendous? Antiparos, I fell in love with yours’s sunset!
See you tomorrow.
That’s all for today.
Tomorrow will be new day and new emotions:)
See you tomorrow 🙂
Don’t sit at home. Travel! Travel with me! 🙂 Meaww!
Next day …Greek islands. Day 5. Antiparos and Sifnos islands.
