Detailed information you will be able to find on museum website web
There are 5 halls in a museum and about 360-370 hats at the moment, but collection is getting bigger all the time.
It’s really fantastic, because you can feel yourself like you are traveling all over the world just mooving from one hall to another.
It took us approximately 30-40 min to visit it.
Near every hat – there is a correct name of it and the small story about it (+ location where it is from).
I think here everyone will find his favorite one 🙂
There will be some hats you never expected exists 🙂 Like Afghanistan bride wedding armored helmet (left on picture below)!!
Or some popular ones, because world know people used to wear it 😉 Like Salvador Dali and a red one 🙂 But if he was wearing exactly this one this is not for certain 🙂
So, hopefully you will enjoy this place! Hats are really unique, most of them are hand made!
Some bewitched African hand masks, shaman helmets and jewelry won’t remain you indifferent!
Finally, of course you will have an opportunity to try some of them on:)
I tried Spanish one – Gorra de Montehermoso)
But I like this blue Shamshura more for it original shape with four sharp outdents -traditional for Scandinavian costumes 🙂
Don’t sit at home. Travel! Travel with me! 🙂 Meaww!
