It was unplanned trip, so the was no plan to follow:)

Hello Stockholm!
We decided to take a metro, because the where was a big crowd from fairy on a bus station, so we walked 10 more min from a bus station to get to the metro station.
1 stop to go and more 10 min to walk to the island of Djurgården. There are a lot of museum. Small and nice parks on our way.
Swedish history museum on our way. By the way it free admission! So never say you can’t visit something interesting without paying any cent!!!
We are crossing a canal and heading to the Vasa museum.
It’s spring and blossom of colorful tulips in the heart of the city.
Here is our first goal. Let’s take cultural injection – Vasa museum!
Expect some time to stand in a line – it’s popular touristic place! but keep in mind you can buy ticket via separate line if you have credit card. Be nimble! 🙂
Please don’t miss the most visited museum in Scandinavia – Vasa museum.
The Vasa is the only preserved 17th century ship in the world. More than 95% of the ship is original.
The story behind this ship is incredible.
So much power, money, time was spent to get prepared for such a short voyage ( as it sunk in a harbor. after very first voyage. 🙂
Museum is quite big. You’ll have a lot of great views of the ship+extra exhibitions from different levels in museum
It’s very interesting, interactive and it’s easy to find information here. You must see once this spectacular ship!!!
Let’s go to the old city (30 min to go) and see the Royal Palace on our way.
Strandvägen is a boulevard in central Stockholm. Visit this place if you are exploring Stockholm on foot!! Beautiful and peaceful place to walk with great, classic views to Stockholm + canals with ships, yachts and small boats. A lot of cafes along the water and old elegant neighborhoods. Beautiful place which gives you real feel of Stockholm!!
Impressive architecture!! Look at The Royal Dramatic Theater. Beautiful Jugend building, it was built in 1908 and is Sweden’s national playhouse!! You won’t miss this one!! Gold gilding everywhere!! So glorious!
We are passing one more small and urban park. Blossom of tulips in Berzelli Park.
Kungshhhgarten is a park in the city center. Locals come here to sit on the grass and enjoy a coffee)) we enjoyed the sun and tulip blossom !!!
Huge fountain is in the center) and green areas around
Outdoor events were outgoing here) even in a small fountain pool))
The Royal Palace is really grand and impressive from the outside, as befits a palace!! 🙂
It’s easy to approach by public transport or on foot. It’s situated in Gamla Stan old Town.
We have no time to take a tour of the Palace (try to visit royal apartments and treasury section)
Now we are in the most historic part of Stockholm – old town (Gamla Stan). The small alleyways are full of life and wonderful architecture..

There is one more place to see and visit in a heart of Gamla Stan old Town. The Noble museum. All about inventors and inventions!! We have already visited it in our last trip to Stockholm. There is no other museum like this in the world.
The are plenty of restaurants and cafes range from $-$$$ in the old town, lot of them have cute outdoor sitting places on a beautiful cobblestone street.
Relax, have a lunch or a cup of coffee or just feel free.. Like this 😈 on a table)))
Enjoy tacky touristic shops
Get lost in on a narrow alleys. Here is the narrowest street in Stockholm!!
Not so far is a beautiful German church with gorgeous and dramatic structure.
